CONSTRUCTION
- Chassis and two-way selection discharge cutter housing constructed and welded
to withstand heavy cutting conditions. - Heavy gauge tubular handlebar complete with all control levers.
- Front swivelling castor fork assemblies constructed from steel and fitted with
long lasting solid rubber tyres. - Rear wheels are also shod with durable solid rubber tyres on split rims for easy
maintenance and mounted on cast-iron hubs. Wheel size: 305 mm x 75 mm. - The 30 mm spindle runs on high-revolution sealed bearings and is encased in a
triple-supported housing. Spindle pulley belt guide also incorporated in housing. - Three free-swinging hardened and tempered blades fitted to a circular 3 mm
thick carrier. - Two tension springs fitted to the the cutter housing levers allow effortless height
adjustment. - Adjustable belt slack tensioner forms part of cutter drive linkage.
- Grease nipples fitted to appropriate points.
- Safety chain guard fixed to front and discharge section of cutter housing.
- The fibreglass safety belt and inspection cover is secured by five rubber holders.
